This outline will need to be flexible depending on how many people show up and when we have communion. Do we need an offering song? Maybe Tom could do that.

We had about 3X the people I expected! ~100 people showed up.
I didn't use a mic at all. Piano was the main instrument. We ran my guitar through a small monitor for some volume support. The team was me, Polly, Bill, and Julie. We lead from the floor in front of the stage. I invited people to gather around us. Few people moved... partially because there wasn't much room with so many people.
The atmosphere did feel very family-like. (people commented about that specifically) It went very well given all the factors.
Also, Polly sang the Christmas Lullaby again... we were much more comfortable this time. I thought it was good.
